She has worked with organizations like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Edelweiss Housing Finance and ICICI Bank. Her last stint before joining IIFL was with Indiabulls Housing Finance as AGM-Policy & Systems Developments. She joined IIFL Home Finance Limited in October 2014 and within a very short span, she went on to become Head-Product, Policy, and Risk.
